I graduated college Summa Cum Laude with an associate's degree and doing my OPT right now. My boss wants me to stay and so do I as she tried to hire Americans but non of them worked out. I have been here for 1 year with two promotions. My boss is ready to do anything to keep me but the sponsorship of a green card would take too long. Is it impossible, even with proof of no other employee working out, 1 year with the company, a boss who will sponsor, 5 years legally in the country without any interference with the law, for me to get the H1B visa?
