My soon to be ex and I were in agreeance on everything in the case management meeting. We have 2 weeks before divorce.
My house mate and her had a verbal disagreement that escalated to him putting a trespass order on her.
Now she is staring that I'm not to have the children where I live. She says shes not going against our 50/50 arrangement, but I can't have them where I live regardless of the compromise. We have nothing in writing and now she wont sign stating that we discussed it at the case management meeting.
Right now I'm following her wishes and taking care of them at her place, but this is not an ideal situation.
Will everything discussed that we agreed on at the case management meeting go into the decree?
I know once we have that she has no say or control once the decree is in place.
Thank you for your time.
No; not automatically unless you and your spouse agree. You should speak with an experienced family law attorney in your area to determine what you can reasonably expect, and how best to move forward.
