I was offered a position and a contact summary was sent to me to review, I accepted the terms (all via email) and was told that a more detailed contract would be drawn up for me to sign. The Contract was never received nor does one exists, the terms and conditions of the contract summary have been breached 7 times in reguards to compensation since my employment
Generally speaking, express terms accepted via email can create an enforceable contract if all the required elements are present. However, I recommend that you have an employment attorney practicing in your jurisdiction to review all of the facts and, if there has been a breach of contract - or violation of local employment/labor law - help you determine next steps.
