Thats a question for HR weather they will hire you or not. But you have no conviction and you can explain to them the situation if it comes up. Good luck
As stated, individual employers, particularly in Texas can fire or decline to hire for any reason or no reason at all. It's hard to imagine that a dismissed charge is going to hurt you, but if it boils down to you versus another candidate who doesn't have a dismissed charge, maybe it makes a difference. You're already doing everything you can with an Expunction in the works. Good luck!
