I’m going to be drug tested and if I fail will the temp agency report me to the police or authorities
I don't think we can give you a clear answer.
If your employment involves a state-issued license, a failed drug test could be a problem, possibly even requiring the employee to report it himself to the licensing agency.
Other than that, your medical information should probably not be reported to the police - a failed drug test can have all kinds of explanations that do not involve violations of criminal law.
With all that said, I've never seen anyone prosecuted for a drug crime on the basis of a private party drug test where the police were not already involved. I had a client once prosecuted on the basis of a UA at a hospital where the police were called to deal with her. The state didn't have proper chain of custody to bring the UA in at trial. I would suspect most employment testing doesn't meet what would be required in criminal court.
