I have a long history with Schuylkill county children and youth Pottsville dating back 16 years ago until present. I have a caseworker with my daughter she's in placement for truency. The caseworker I have for her testified against me in another custody case for my other children which there is no case with. I asked the director for another caseworker for conflict of interest I was told there is no conflict of interest. She came to my home saying I needed to sign paperwork for the child she has a case with and checked my entire home stated it would help me when she testified. When she did testify she dated false information. I took my nephew from children and youth 16 years ago I needed a lawyer to even get in the court room but my daughter in placement I have paperwork for stating we try to place with family. Theres so much more to this story that's only a small portion I can explain the rest if need be.
It does sound like you need an attorney who practices in the CYS/Juvenile Dependency system. It is a specialty that most family lawyers don't practice in, and I very rarely see someone who does those cases pop up in here to answer a question. You may be able to find an attorney by looking in the Avvo lawyers directory, or by calling your county bar association, or by asking around to see who in your area takes such cases. Or you can ask an attorney who does family law if they can recommend someone. (I know someone in my general area, but not sure if he'd travel out of SE Pennsylvania.)
I have a private practice in Malvern, PA, and I welcome new clients. Contact me privately for further information. Prior to becoming my client, you will need to sign a representation agreement, and you may have to pay a retainer depending on the type of case. My answer to your question is not to be considered legal advice, just general information based on my knowledge and experience, and the fact that I answered your question does not create a lawyer-client relationship between us. That would have to commence more formally. Further information is at my website www.RabinLawOffices.com.
