Perhaps you can explain how a jury would know anything about this case without your testimony. If you want to prove you were assaulted you have to testify and that is the reason why you go to court even though you are the alleged victim.
Fail to appear after subpoena will, at best, result in a warrant for your arrest and at worst, will result in a Not Guilty finding because there would be no evidence of any crime.
