Hello all, i received Notice of Action I-797C, but i'm confused because the name of my husband and his mother is written on the notice? c/o (mother's full name). Should my husband go to an interview with his mother? My husband eligibility is based on our marriage. Thanks for your reply.
We need more information .. the 797 is for what form? Is it possible that he put c/o his mother for mailing purposes only?

If the application is based on your marriage, then you should go to the interview, not his mother, unless there is another reason she is on the notice. He may have placed his mother on the notice for mailing purposes, not for the interview.
