I was sentenced on a plea 15 years for class B felony..did a 120 then drug court..I am now off probation but no record of case on casenet
Typically when you complete a SIS probation successfully, the case comes off Casenet. In your case, you would have had a conviction with a sentence and a 120 day treatment, meaning it would be on Casenet forever. However, most jurisdictions dismiss your case and conviction after successful completion of drug court, so it comes off Casenet.
