My case has been goin on for over 3 months now and i have had over 5 different public defenders my court date keep passing cause i keep gettin different attorneys withless experience in a theft case i have never been arrested before and i told that the problem was that the police said i told him i stoled money but i seen 3-4 footages and it didnt show me commitin or tempting to commit the crime
How would an attorney on here be able to make a recommendation to you from the limited knowledge.
You misunderstand the criminal justice system. You do not prove your innocence. The prosecution has to prove you guilty
You always are in control of 3 things as a criminally accused. You have your right to go to trial, your right to remain silent and your right to investigate the state's case.
If you stole the money and they said you said you stole the money, then they more than likely have you saying it. If so, you are in a less than stellar position. If you did nothing wrong, didn't say that, and ain't nowhere on der tempting to commit the crime, then take it to trial!
