I got a DUI and they took the Breathalyzer for hours later they said I refused but didn't give me the paperwork then they take a blood test 9 hours later that was rude I couldn't be used because it wasn't sealed
Prosecutors offer plea bargains for a few reasons. They allow more cases to be processed through the criminal justice system. They allow guilty defendants the opportunity to accept responsibility and get their cases finished up. There are numerous other reasons.
