I got hurt on the job on 07/26/94 using an unsafe dock plate that was reported to OSHA unsafe. I told the supervisor he said use it of get fires. Well I used it and got hurt and I went out the door the supervisor worked until he retired. Starting in 2015 I wasn't aloud to call my case workers in Liberty Mutual or Special Funds I was to go through my lawyer. Starting shortly after my compensation lawyer got paid around January 2016 he stopped receiving me phone calls, faxes, emails and wouldn't let me make an appointment to busy. Liberty Mutual stopped paying for my medication, doctors, mileage, visits, everything. I ended up going to the emergency room because of the neck hurting so much it was causing migraines, dizziness when ever I moved it to almost passing out. I don't have a compensation doctor any more because there isn't any that will take a case this old. I even had the rep. on the compensation site check. I can't get medications because Liberty won't pay and can't go to a Neurosurgeon I have to be referred by a comp. doctor. So my neck hurts worse and the dizziness, migraines continue daily. I had two neck fusions, one lower back fusion and three heart attacks.
