It's a manner in Texas um and have 14 people on an indictment in its kind of you to re caught on to where it's like 24 to life with a friend of mine and the DA is game biased because she does not like my friend says she's trying throw the book at him it's a long freaking time 20:04 life
What you have described isn't corruption. The DA's job is to prosecute persons within the confines of the law. DAs are permitted to use their discretion in cases. Based on the unique facts of each individual case, they will often make a determination to prosecute a person to the fullest extent of the law. That decision does not constitute corruption, even if it appears to be bias in the favor of or against a defendant. Each of the 14 defendants have attorneys and each of their 14 defense attorneys are biased in favor of their clients. Funny how that works.
Best of luck to you.
