Who is the most famous, reputable attorney in the United States of America that takes on constitutional, malpractice, and injury cases?? Obviously, I am just looking for information on these professionals as I assume they all charge extremely high rates. If this is considered solicitation, can you please refer me to an alternative means of researching this information?
So why does famous make a difference? You’re asking about the entire country but most of your legal issues probably arise in Michigan so unless licensed in MI....or associated with MI under pro hac vice, it doesn’t matter.

Famous? Johnny Cochran, Abraham Lincoln, Melvin Belli, but they will all be tough to get a hold of.
A lawyer who handles Constitutional, Malpractice, and Personal Injury? Likely no one.

There is no way to ascertain who is the "best" lawyer in any practice area, although there are various ways to confirm a lawyer's skill, education, experience, years of licensure, community involvement and areas of expertise. Avvo's "Find a Lawyer" feature is one such tool, although there are others, including local bar associations and other rankings of lawyers that you might find online. You will simply have to invest the time in research, and find the practitioners that you deem most fit and qualified to handle your legal matter. Generally you will want to restrict your search to lawyers licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of your jurisdiction, and who are within a reasonable distance of your town or city. I wish you the best in your search and your case.
