My house was sold at sheriff auction in Pa , I went to get funds left over from dart unit n it’s a huge amount that came out my proceeds . They say it’s normal but yet they seen a credit that was given to new owner vs original owner n I payed attorney fees that they say he was responsible for, what do I do now? don’t want to accept funds till I know for sure the amount is correct
The DART office is very difficult to deal with. Ask for a distribution sheet.

I am not surprised they took a large portion of the money. There's not much you can do. Probably best to take what's available and move on. Good luck.
