My brother driving about 25-30 mph had a green light going straight, when all of a sudden a car who also had a green light began turning left and they collided. Who’s most likely at fault in this situation? Also my brother went to the hospital due to his inability to move his neck.
It sounds to me like it’s mostly the fault of the other car, but your brother could have some comparative negligence on him. It’s hard to say for sure, there may be other factors I’m not aware of.
