She refuses to discuss the invoice and report at issue and has replied only to BBB and Consumer Protection Agency with incorrect / false information. Completely ignoring the invoice and operative report at issue and attaching past invoices. I have tried everything to simply discuss the matter and when I finally got a hold of someone at the company, they refuse to transfer me to the office manager that handles these matters. When asked about the invoice at issue they said they see it and the legal team will contact me. No one has. The office manager replied to BBB after that attaching the old invoices still and not addressing the revised invoice and operative report that states what was actually done. She's saying I received services from the other invoice. The report also states otherwise. I am unsure as to why they continue to assert that out dated invoice and avoiding the actual one and especially the operative report that doesn't state anything about the service she continues to assert I received. It states what service I did actually receive as the revised invoice states. I am owed a refund due to the change of services from the 4/14/2017 invoice to the revised one on 4/28/2017
First you find out the official name of the company. It likely is listed on the invoice. Then you find the company's registered agent for service of process here: http://search.sunbiz.org/Inquiry/CorporationSearch/ByOfficerOrRegisteredAgent
You file suit against the company and serve the registered agent.

I agree with Mr. Collins. You also can provide omitted documents and information to the BBB.
