The lead in command sheriff officer of a county in Colorado. Contacted me. Saying someone accused me of harassment. He proceeded By saying what he was going to do to me. Which is Press charges, have me arrested, extradited from California to Colorado. Because he can and he has the power to do it.
I asked him if it was a crime to give a bad check? Is it considered fraud? He answered, yes.
I said the reason I was contacting the accuser is because she gave me a bad check. Something that he was not aware. He opted by yelling at me, stop calling her and he hung up on me.
I was forced to wait unnecessarily long time to get a copy of the report. 114 days of asking daily, I received it. I noticed that the sheriffs department claimed that everything occurred a different way.
I was denied due process. I was not allowed to do anything. I was told they did not care what I had to say. I have it recorded with their consent. I still sent evidence that proves the accuser lied, they did not respond. I sent prove that they lied, then I received an answer. Shortly after they stopped responding. I have paperwork after paperwork of evidence. California (DOJ) Is not able to help.
Retain an experienced criminal defense attorney in Colorado to represent you in court. Win on the harassment charge first before going to complain against the police or the one officer in specific. Good luck to you.
