I need professional help preparing an appeal letter to Texas state medical board. My original complaint was not investigated due to insufficient records, I have experienced effects of an adverse even which occured furring a medical procedure which was unnessisarily preformed. I now have adequate records to support my complaint and need help organizing key points in my case along with the records in have acquired.
