I need to seek help outside of CPS and the GOL I have informed them of child abuse that is 110 percent proof on and they are doing nothing. My daughter needs me .. They are doing nothing.
Your question does not provide enough facts to determine what you need to do. You should contact a local attorney to discuss your case and possible remedies. Many attorneys offer free consultations. Good luck!
Unfortunately, I doubt there is anything you CAN do. If you reported it to CPS, they would have been required to do an investigation, and the fact that they're "doing nothing" says to me that they found your claims to be unsubstantiated. I'm assuming you mean Guardian Ad Litem (or GAL) when you wrote GOL, and while their job is technically to advocate for the "best interests" of the child rather than to investigate abuse I don't know of any GAL who WOULDN'T check those claims out, so the fact that the GAL hasn't acted to your liking seems to indicate they reached the same conclusion CPS has. You can certainly file a motion to modify placement and custody and bring your concerns to the Court, but if both CPS and the GAL are saying there's no abuse there I don't know how successful you'd be.
I suppose that if your daughter is the one telling you abuse is occurring you could have your CHILD report it to a social worker or teacher. However, if your child isn't saying it either . . . I mean, if you're the only one who sees abuse and no one, including your daughter, sees it that way, it may be your perspective rather than a factual matter.
