I used to work in 2 agencies with the same coworker. We take care of disable people. That coworker is abusive to clients and to the staff. I left one agency b/c of that and continue having problems in another. The staff in both agencies decided to file a complain on that woman My supervisor threaten to fire me for breach of confidentiality. Is that legal ? Thanks
Absolutely not. Make sure you document every conversation as best you can. Follow up undocumented verbal conversations with an email to protect yourself and contact an attorney.
To the extent that you are being threatened for reporting mistreatment of clients there may be a claim, but whistleblower claims have limitations and are very fact sensitive. It would be best if you contacted a local employment attorney as soon as possible to discuss this in more detail.

No, it's not legal. Retaliation for whistleblowing is a strong defense in wrongful termination cases.
