I was thinking for a scenario
H1B is picked in lottery - waiting for its approval/denial.
Husband is filling for H1B extension-Premium and I'll be filling H4 extension and H4 EAD( for the first time) all three together
So best way to handle H4 filling/ H4 EAD filling and H1B. ( Don't want to compromise H1B at all but we are not sure there will be approval /denial ).
As with H4 EAD I can start work ASAP, in case H4 EAD is filled afterwards, the wait period is approximately 6 months to get approval.. if filled simultaneously with husband I will get it in 15 days.
But, If H1B gets approved in the mean time, while my petition for H4 renewal and H4 EAD is send to USCIS and it also gets approved after a day or two or on the same day of H1B approval, then I will looses H1B status, as Latest COS will be H4 EAD ?
Please let me know what will be the best way for it?
Contact the company's US immigration attorney for assistance. EAD processing is 60 to 90 days.
EAD will not be adjudicated in 15 days.

The EAD takes about 90 days to process ... assuming you qualify ... you made no mention of the company's I-140.
You asked: "So best way to handle H4 filling/ H4 EAD filling and H1B"
My answer is simple, use a lawyer ... probably the one that the company is using for the H-1B.
