Jan.06 refused blood test giving 1 year suspension. Since then I've recieved I think like 3 dwls 3rds and 3 2nds I've had a few fta's which is how things got confusing my last one was Jan'13 which was a,2nd but on dol license info say I'm HTO. These dwls have made a criminal of a good citizen I need help to break free of the loop they have me in. I have my dol driving record as of yesterday. I also may have a bench warrant. Is this something worth the expense? Is there a strong possibility of have license reinstated?
I will be straight forward with you. Money isn't going to get you out from under the time it will take to clear your license. You drove, and kept driving during periods of time where you were suspended from doing so and you indicate that you are HTO now. That means that the only thing you can do is not drive. Wait for the chance to petition the DOL to be reinstated and make sure you don't drive until that license, valid license is in your hands and not a second earlier. An attorney can help you with the process of petitioning DOL to reinstate but you can also go on their website or call them and search out the information on your own and not pay an attorney to do it for you. Your choice. Good Luck
I would talk to a criminal defense attorney near you or wherever you were charged. Usually, consultations are free and sounds like you need an attorney. Talk to each one and find out which one you get along the best with. You can review them on Avvo or search their website on-line.

I think most criminal defense attorney do not specialize in DWLS cases, but attorneys who specialize in DUI cases will have the most familiarity with the DOL procedures and license suspensions. So I would look for experienced and reputable DUI attorneys near you and schedule a consultation.
The information provided in this answer does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not considered to be legal advice.
If you've had three convictions for DWLS 2nd degree within 5 years, then unfortunately the Department of Licensing is required to revoke your driver's license as a habitual traffic offender. If there's a bench warrant out for your arrest I strongly recommend you first talk with an attorney and then have him or her help you get it quashed. The most important thing is you absolutely can't drive while your license is revoked because the penalties can quickly become very serious.
