I'm in the process filling out the I-90 form to renew my green card one of the questions is to provide which USCIS office granted my adjusted status when I called customer service One agent told me it's the office where I had the interview another agent told me it might be different. unfortunately I lost the letter that came with my green card but my green card receipt number starts with EAC which to my knowledge is the processing center
If you do not have this information, type unknown. This is not a vital part of the form. if you really want to know, file FOIA and wait 6 months until you get it before filing I 90.

EAC is a good answer. To be honest ... you could leave it blank and they'll still process the I-90.
