When will I get interview appointment?

If you are in Connecticut, as your question indicated, the wait time from submission to interview is about 10 months to one year. Because the immigration medical exam form I-693 is only valid for one year from the date it is signed, many people now do not submit it with their application to adjust status, and wait, either for an RFE requesting it, or if that is not received, then they bring the form in the sealed envelope to the interview. You didn't mention form I-864, so hopefully you submitted the affidavit of support and required documentation, or you can be expecting another RFE.

Scheduling of the interview depends on the actual service center where your interview will be held. The courtesy letter does not indicate that the interview will be soon. I would anticipate at least another 3-4 months.
