Is the use of the writ of possession permissible when proceeding by a CLERK default judgment or would one need to have a default judgement by the COURT to proceed with the writ of possession
A writ of possession can be issued from a clerk's judgment. make sure you have all the proper forms as it is hard to do correctly for attorneys much less lay people.
