I drive a company vehicle from my home to our office each morning. Then drive my crew to the jobsite. An at the end of the day drive them back to the office. Then back home. Should I be paid for transporting employees back to our office?
No easy answer, other than "it depends." You'd need to explain your situation to an employment attorney for a solid answer.
DO NOT message me asking follow ups to your question! That's what the forum "comment" feature is for. I am not your attorney here, and I cannot give you legal advice here. To become your attorney, I need to understand the facts and circumstances of your legal situation and meet you face to face.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not. What determines Avvo Rating?Experience & background
