I'm white and the other person is of other race. This person is always doing things to push my buttons and make me angry. I have told seven. Supervisor about this person attitude toward me and only treated me like, I'm being like some crazy person and they looks the other way; because they have to give some slack based on the position he once held. I feel it because some false statements ( about my sanity )that was made after I applied for (2)positions and the 2 supervisor from other department made these statements to have someone in that positions and I can't shake it.
I thinking about. Going to the Hr person about matter, but I feel I'll get the same reaction; so what do I
Are there anymore options?
Certainly your first step is to speak with HR.
You listed this question under sexual harassment, but your question does not mention it.
This response is only general information and is not legal advice. It does not form an attorney-client relationship and should not be relied upon to take or refrain from taking any action. You should seek a qualified attorney before taking any action related to your inquiry.
This is not a sexual harassment question but rather a race question and you should consult with a lawyer who is an expert in employment law and the EEOC.

This is a general response to a question for basic information and is not legal advice. Legal advice can only be given when all of the facts of your situation are discussed with a lawyer, which we have not done.. This comment is not to be construed as legal advice to your particular situation because there are many factors that influence legal counseling- this is simply a comment.
