I receives the denial notice by Dec. 7th, 2019, the USCIS system said they sent out my denial notice on Nov. 6th.2019. Because of my previous lawyer moved her office and didn't tell us and the original denial notice also couldn't deliver to her place. Then I found out this and request to change to my address, then finally received the copy on Dec.7th last week. So which day should I start counting my 33 days period? Is it from Dec.7th or on Nov. Thank you very much!!
November 6,2019 is the date, unless USCIS reissued the decision with a new date.
