It was court ordered for the mother to initiate Phone Contact between the kids and I, 2x a week between 530pm & 830pm on Monday's and Thursdays.
This order went into effect less than 2 weeks ago.
I never received a call from the kids this week(Monday).
There is a pattern of this type of behavior (Parental Alienation). I am not willing to let it go on for weeks/months etc.
How do I deal with this situation without appearing I'm trigger happy to pull the mother in court for ridiculous reasons etc.
Are you saying that thus far Monday only was missed or, since entry of the order, two Mondays and one Thursday. The Thursday coming up would make 4 missed phone call visitations?
I would file a contempt motion now for the missed visits and keep filing until mother gets the message. If you have a court order that states Monday and Thursday mother to call father between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. for the children to talk with father, then when it does not occur, it is contempt unless mother has one heck of a good excuse. The excuses will only work so long.
