HP is splitting into two companies - "HP Inc." & "HP Enterprises." (Link: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/hp-news/press-release.html?id=1809455#.VH-IdKPnZaQ). I am going to be part of "HP Enterprises". My Labor(PERM) has already been applied.
Since I will be part of "HP Enterprises" in the future - will my PERM and/or I-140 need to be reapplied under the newly formed company "HP Enterprises"?
Your question should actually be under the "Immigration" practice area. You'll likely get better response there. Also, contact HP's HR department. It probably employs a specialist that works with in-house and external attorneys that can answer your question.
No, if the new company qualifies as a successor-in-interest.
