For a juvenile in 1994 . Attempted B/E on motor vehicle, and attempting to commit a felony , night time. I am trying to figure out if this 25 year old case will hold me back from my firearms licensing. What would the punishment have been for a conviction?
There are no charges pending, and you seek a firearms license. That means this is not a criminal defense issue; moving to licensing.
There is no limit to the "look-back" period, and juvenile convictions count. IF you were convicted, as opposed to the case being filed, you are almost certainly disqualified.
