I have a felony charge on my record for petty theft. It happened 2011. I had court & they gave me 5yrs probation but 1yr if I have no other incidents & if all my fees were paid off. I did that within a yr. I've learned my lesson had had no further incidents. I have a great manager job but I want to go back to school for nursing. I've been off probation for a while and this marks six years . I really need to get this off my record it has had a toll on heart & life, as far as moving forward to make myself better. Can anyone help please
Everybody deserves a second chance. Expungement offers a clean break. Many attorneys offer free consultation including myself. Good luck.

I would need to see the Judgement in your case. Not all felonies qualify for expungement, but larceny is an expungeable offense. To be sure we would need to see the pleadings in your case to see if you qualify.
