I got pulled over and the cop ask me about the passenger in the car, if she had anything on her I said idk she might I don't know. The cop arrested me cause of warrants after searching her and didn't find nothing. When he asked me about searching the car I said no cause it's not my car he searched it anyway and found 3 bags
You should know the charge since the complaint was given to you. I assume you are talking about heroin. If so that is a "crime" (called a felony in other States) and will be screened at the county. For three hits they will likely downgrade back to municipal court unless you have priors. If you are talking MJ the case stays in Municipal Court. In either place you may have a good motion to suppress evidence if it went down as you post. Don't count on the cop recalling it the same way as you.
If you weren't charged after the stop expect to get a summons in the mail. I would contact an attorney regardless.

Dope is a common Street word not an actual drug. Thus what you will be charged with is based on the drug on the drug that is found. Either way if you did not have a valid license because of the warrants to operate the car the police would have had to search the car because it would be impounded. If you do get charged I suggest that you immediately hire a good criminal lawyer.

You should have received the charges at the time of your arrest. Otherwise it would depend on the drug and amount.
