When I enter to USA (Miami border) with my mother on July 16th, the CBP officer put in my passport until August 20th the date I should have to go, he put stay limited and not extension too, while my mother was deported to our born country (Venezuela) unfairly there wasn't reason, obviously she firmed the act because we didn't have option the officer say her o me and she sacrificed for me, my question is the next year when I will come again will I have problem to enter in USA?
It is really not clear why your mother was deported to Venezuela and why you were allowed to stay. The only guess I can make is that you were coming as tourists and your mother was suspected in working without authorization, but I might be wrong. Every time you enter CBP can make a new determination based on the totality of the circumstances: your body language, your previous entries and their notes, even your social media posts, so take that into consideration and act accordingly.
