I forgot to pay for 175$ worth of stiff at Home Depot and walked out of store I only took one step outside until loss Prevention stopped me. Long story is they got there merchandise but i walk out of store and they got my license plate now they are looking for me.
Time to retain a lawyer.
Time to stop making public statements.
I find the defense of forgot to pay for $175 ×worth of stuff difficult to believe in general
I agree with Mr. Kollin. If you know that they are looking for you, then you should hire an attorney before you get picked up.
"I forgot to pay for 175$ worth of stiff at Home Depot"...
Yeah... good luck with that.
My advise: "UPx2" (shut-up and lawyer-up".
Apart from the poor decision to steal merchandise (er... "forg[e]t to pay for") your made an even worse decision when you chose to confess on the internet.
Do yourself a favor an re-read my advise 2 paragraphs above.
You are clearly your own worst enemy.
Stop being your own worst enemy.
Wishing you infinitely better judgment, luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
