You won't be arrested. A judgment will be entered against you. Please see a consumer bankruptcy attorney as soon as you can. Watch out for service of additional paperwork called "Notice of Right to Claim Exempt Property". If you have not seen a consumer bankruptcy attorney by then, you will need to see one very urgently. If you receive a Notice of Right, you will have to respond within 20 days. It would be more helpful for you to see the attorney before service of this document.

I am very sorry that you are facing all of this. You should go see a bankruptcy lawyer, or two and discuss your financial situation. Not necessarily because you should file bankruptcy, but because BK lawyers are trained to know what if any are the options for you, and most will provide a free consultation.
Judgment will be entered against you in favor of the plaintiff. Other than that not much will happen immediately. Eventually the judgment creditor will seek to collect on the judgment. I agree that you should consult with local bankruptcy counsel and get rid of this and other debt.
