14 year old female minor in Kentucky is dating a 15 year old male minor. His mother wants to press harassment charges on the girl for merely speaking to the male, and has threatened to take it to court if she does not cease communication. Boy and girl still communicate, they both want to and consent to communications with each other. What would happen? Cannot ask the local department since father is a police officer there and would hear of it.
Parents have the ability and responsibility to protect their children. If the parents child will not abide by her rules, she could try to get an order from a court, but she'd need some showing of why its necessary. If she could get this order, then the police would get involved if the children continue to associate with each other. Sounds like from your previous question that a sexual relationship is going on with these minors. That would likely be enough for the parents to get the protective order on behalf of her child.
