You can consider the E-2 if you can establish a business enterprise in the U.S. and invest a substantial amount in a qualifying business. The E-3 may be applicable if you will be engaged in a " specialty occupation" in the U.S. A consultation with an experienced immigration attorney can help orient you in the proper direction and assist in searching the best option for you.

You could consider an E-2, but that will not lead to permanent residency (except in some circumstances). EB-5 is a path to citizenship. All and all, you should seek to consult with immigration attorney.
