I have mold in my apartment, I asked them to come take care of it in October after being sick for 4 months. They said they did not find anything, since then I have consistently been sick and have now had my apartment tested by professionals and have proof that I do have a toxic mold situation. I have been calling and emailing lawyers and law firms to get representation but I have yet to find one that handles toxic mold cases. Can anyone help me with what type of lawyer/law firm I need to be searching for or point me in the right direction of who I can contact to find that information out?
It’s a toxic tort attorney. There are not many of them. Most personal injury attorneys shy away from those things. The reason being, causation is rather difficult to prove. However, with a professional investigation and test results in your hands, it should be easier. I am not allowed to solicit you to call me here. There are many of us here who can help you. I hope you find this helpful.

I agree with Mr. Troncellito's advise. You need an aggressive real estate attorney and money for an expert to fight this. Good luck.
