I have been made aware of the fact that a coworker of mine is taking pictures/video of me at work while we are both on the clock without my knowledge and definitely without my permission. Not only that, but when they take images of me they post them on social media, and with the footage they write some very rude things about me specifically. It has happened more than once that I know of but Im not sure if there are more. I feel like they probably are. He's a cook, so it's definitely not related to the job, and there are security cameras in the restaurant already, however those videos are only used/watched by the management for security purposes and aren't available to the public
Unfortunately, there is no right to provacy at work...except in private areas such as a restroom or changing area. Unless the company has rules against this, there is nothing illegal about what you have posted.
