Relocation is a relatively complex analysis involving numerous factors. I'd refer you to my Legal Guide on the subject (https://www.avvo.com/legal-guides/ugc/what-factors-are-consider-in-a-custody-relocation-case-) and also encourage you to retain an attorney. Call a Bronx Child Custody attorney to schedule a consult for a full assessment.
