WHAT TO DO ABOUT CONSPIRACY OF ATTORNEY AND HIS COUNSEL AGAINST FORMER CLIENT?
Plaintiff and attorney agree on lawsuit against hospital for lack of consent et al almost killing Plaintiff and Plaintiff signs off. Attorney also wants to investigate requirement that hospital needed doctor on duty at all times. Takes year until attorney files lawsuit. Fails to prosecute - case dismissed. Reprimand by Supreme Court Disciplinary Board as Plaintiff sues attorney. In deposition counsel for attorney tries to get Plaintiff to admit to signing lawsuit that has as only issue hospital requirement, but Plaintiff had never seen that Complaint but signature page had signature with date changed a year later. Opposing counsel then sues for summary judgement and sends to court Complaint with exhibit missing signature page, with reason for such judgement that Plaintiff would have never won underlying case because hospital is not required to have doctor on duty which now attorney agrees that hospital provided standard of care.

you need to have a personal consultation with a lawyer who can review the record. it is a bit of work and most lawyers will want a fee for this service.
