Job application is asking "have you ever been convicted, entered a plea of guilty, no contest, or a similar plea, or had prosecution or a sentence deferred or suspended as an adult or juvenile in any stte or jurisdiction?" I was arrested for a dui several years ago and the sentence was reduced to reckless driving violation. How do I answer this question. It also asks me to provide court documents if I answer yes and I dont believe I have any court documents to provide
The question is not asking about arrests (to do so illegal) it is asking about convictions for crimes - not driving violations. Assuming no other convictions are on your record, it appears that the question doesn't apply to you.
