I got into a car accident and I found out that my insurance was not valid after I came from court . But the judge wanted a letter from the company so what should I do
Submit it to your insurance multiple ways (phone, fax,mail) and then they''ll send you a letter denying coverage if that is the case.

I agree with Mr. Hoffman. Send multiple communications to your insurance carrier (phone, fax, letter and email) asking them to confirm your insurance coverage or to explain why it claims that your insurance is not valid. Your post does not give us enough information to respond further. Why did you think you had insurance and why does your insurance company now tell you that the coverage was not valid? What were you in court for? Why did the judge ask you for a letter from you insurance company? There are a lot of unanswered issues here.

Speak to speeding/traffic counsel as the penalty for driving without insurance can be $1,000 and suspension of your license for three months as well as costs to reinstate your license. You will need to get insurance before returning to Court as well. Confirm with local counsel.
