Hello, please help me with this question.
On June 1st 2018, I received a notice from USCIS saying I need to appear for an interview on July 9th 2018, but about 20 days later I received another notice saying my interview was cancelled, I quote “due to unforeseen circumstance, we sorry for canceling your interview”. Since then, it’s been more than 7 months I have not heard anything regarding to my case. I checked status online, it still says my interview was scheduled on June 1st. FYI, during this entire time, I have a full time job at the same employer. Please tell me what to do or wjat may have happened to my case. Thank you.
The only thing you can do is place a service request with USCIS. This has been happening pretty frequently and you usually never know what the reason was. Eventually it will be rescheduled.
I agree with the answer above. We had that happen to our clients as well and were not provided any reasons for the delay.
