I am having issues with a Home Warranty resolution.
There are several problems with my home.
The builder's warranty department has been giving the run-around.
I have called,
sent emails and
filled out warranty forms online, repeatedly.
Some of the warranty issues are serious.
Please advise - Thank you.
I suggest you use the find a lawyer button above and find a lawyer near you who deals in breach of contract cases.

You need to consult with a lawyer who has experience in litigating consumer protection claims. Based on the limited facts provided (i.e., that you purchased a home warranty that is not being honored), you may have claims for breach of warranty, breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, and for violations of your state's consumer protection statutes. Whether such claims are viable, and whether they may be brought as a class action, will require extensive research and investigation by an experienced attorney. Since the law limits the time within which you may bring a lawsuit, you should not delay in seeking legal advice. Use the find a lawyer function on this website to locate attorneys.
