Im 17, so i was dating this guy, but i had to go back to my home country which is Peru after staying in the US for 11 months so we broke up, but recently my friends told me and showed me that my ex was showing our intimate videos to some people of my school, an not only my videos, also from other girls, he exchanges them for other girl videos, but i did NOT gave him my permission to show and share them, i want to go back to the US so i can sue him or something but i can’t leave things like this. But i don’t know what should i do since im in Peru should i go to the US embassy here and maybe ask for a temporal visa? So i can go and sue him, and talk to everybody, i feel really desperate since im a minor
What is doing is illegal in the United States and if you inform the police they may take action.
This is general advice. You are anonymous. If you PM me i won’t know what it’s about.
Depending what's on the video, it could be child pornography or other criminal act. You should contact law enforcement. Actually, any of your friends can also report it. You don't have to be continually in the U.S. to sue him. Call some personal injury attorneys to see if you have a case worth pursuing. Call an immigration attorney as well.
