An attorney on this site responded to one of my questions and I spoke to him about the possibility of retaining him. When I decided not to retain him, no service was provided nor was there any exchange of money. However, he began harassing and bullying me and I blocked his cell phone but he continues to harrass me via email.
This is not an issue for AVVO as it relates to your direct communications with said attorney. Issues regarding attorney conduct are addressed with the state bar association where the attorney ls licensed.

You can send a cease and desist letter and it if persists, you could have a cause of action for a stalking injunction. If this is causing you significant problems, consider retaining a separate attorney to handle it for you.
