I own my own trailer I just moved to California from South Dakota and bought it and paid old taxes left on it and signed a agreement with the now retired manager Frank and the new management is trying to get me in trouble with everything and is bullying all the tenants with taped envelopes to their doors rather then in our mail boxes it’s of new rules and the old managers I signed a agreement with was fine with everything they are not fine with and gives us all 7 days to fix all of the old managers rents due date was the 5th they bought it and sent us all notes saying it’s now the 1st or you’re late and have to pay 20$ fee I’m living in a trailer park and I my own trailer they own the land some rent some tenants own I signed a agreement with old manager Frank he is very old and retired sold the land to the Cascade com. they are trying to make me take my pirate flag down nit picking about decorations and little things like a skateboard my son leaned against the wall they don’t like it for some reason sent papers taped saying a big list of violations because they don’t like my window winter tarps I use to protect from rain and without giving me any warning in mail they taped a note
They taped the envelopes to your door because sticking them in your mailbox without having paid postage is a federal crime.
As for the rest of your question, it is impossible to answer without reviewing your lot lease and the rules. You cannot expect the new management to ignore rule violations just because the former manager was too old and tired to enforce the rules.
Read the rules; follow the rules. If you do, things will work out better in the long run.
